| Robert Torson Architects
is a small architectural firm that specializes in high-end residential
work. The majorty of the projects
that we work on are additions and/or remodels, however new homes and
commercial work make up a portion of our yearly work. In residential
remodel work, often it is our goal to create an addition that
looks and feels as though it
has always existed as part of the original house.
In every design process there are many factors involved, ideals, program, aesthetics and budget, to name a few. It is a part of the architect's job to balance these factors, and to do that we can not let one area take control over the others. The design process also involves many different groups of people. In our role as architect, we strive to encourage participation and collaboration between the client, contractors, engineers, interior designers, consultants, and others. Through all phases of the process the employees at Robert Torson Architects try to encourage excellence in quality of service, design, and craftsmanship. Afterall, when the project is done, it is our service and our work that represents who we are. |
